Matt is the man behind all of our projects! He has more than 15 years of experience in vehicle upfitting and woodworking. When not working, he enjoys spending time with his family and being a volunteer firefighter, which he has done for the past 17 years.

Shaun Garus has been in the upfitting industry for 15 years, and served with the volunteer fire service for 16 years. Currently, he serves as a 1st Assistant Chief. When he isn't working, he enjoys camping with his family and four wheeling.
Mike Shimsky is the Vehicle Conversion Manager for 10-75 Emergency Vehicles. Mike has a lengthy background in emergency vehicle fleet purchasing and management. Mike feels that “public safety is a zero-fail mission” and is passionate about providing quality products and services to clients to help accomplish this goal.

Our master of logistics has been involved in the Fire Service for 19 years as a Volunteer Firefighter and retired from the Borough of Ridgefield, NJ as the Full-Time Fire Code Official in 2018.
Jimmy has a wealth of knowledge, experience and organizational skills that aids him to effectively perform all of his duties and responsibilities as the Logistics Manager.

Michael has been working at 10-75 for just over 5 years, working his way up from cabinet technician to lead cabinet tech and now to Fabrication Manager.
He’s enjoyed watching this company grow into what it is today and looks forward to growing further with the company. Before working here Michael was in the automotive industry as a technician at dealerships.

ADMINISTRATION
Sam creates buildable 3D CAD designs for each of our custom projects and translates them to a program to run on the CNC machine. She achieved her bachelor's degree in industrial design at NJIT, and has been working in the design industry for about 10 years, previously working as a structural designer for packaging and displays.
In her free time she likes being outdoors, working on projects at home, playing video games, and spending time with her pets.

Brendan is the guy behind all of our viral videos! He has over five years of video production experience and is always on the lookout for new ways to showcase our company on our social platforms. Prior to joining 10-75, Brendan worked in NCAA Division II athletics and had an internship with a Minor League Baseball organization. Outside of work, Brendan is an avid sports fan and enjoys spending time with his wife and their two golden retrievers.

Bria is our digital marketing strategist. She's the one behind the graphic design, the 10-75 websites, photography, and social media! She has worked as a graphic designer for many people and many companies since 2017. When she isn't working, Bria likes to work on personal designs, write, and play video games.

Daniel is our second videographer, with over 5 years of video experience! Daniel loves creating visually compelling content, no matter the subject. For him, there's never a project that feels the same--every opportunity is fresh and different and exciting. Outside of work, Daniel likes to watch movies, play games, rock climb, and read.
