MANAGEMENT
Matt is the man behind all of our projects! He has more than 15 years of experience in vehicle upfitting and woodworking. When not working, he enjoys spending time with his family and being a volunteer firefighter, which he has done for the past 17 years.

Shaun Garus

Shaun Garus has been in the upfitting industry for 15 years, and served with the volunteer fire service for 16 years. Currently, he serves as a 1st Assistant Chief. When he isn't working, he enjoys camping with his family and four wheeling.
Mike Shimsky is the Vehicle Conversion Manager for 10-75 Emergency Vehicles. Mike has a lengthy background in emergency vehicle fleet purchasing and management. Mike feels that “public safety is a zero-fail mission” and is passionate about providing quality products and services to clients to help accomplish this goal.

ADMINISTRATION
Sam creates buildable 3D CAD designs for each of our custom projects and translates them to a program to run on the CNC machine. She achieved her bachelor's degree in industrial design at NJIT, and has been working in the design industry for about 10 years, previously working as a structural designer for packaging and displays.

In her free time she likes being outdoors, working on projects at home, playing video games, and spending time with her pets.

Brendan is the guy behind all of our viral videos! He has over five years of video production experience and is always on the lookout for new ways to showcase our company on our social platforms. Prior to joining 10-75, Brendan worked in NCAA Division II athletics and had an internship with a Minor League Baseball organization. Outside of work, Brendan is an avid sports fan and enjoys spending time with his wife and their two golden retrievers.
Meet Emilio, our second CNC operator and programmer! Having worked with us for 6 months, Emilio, despite his graphic design experience, has always attracted to manufacturing and worked for 8 years as a CNC Router operator/programmer in the retail display and prop industry. His favorite part of the job is the sense of accomplishment that manufacturing brings when a project is complete.

Outside of work, Emilio enjoys spending time with his wife and son, is an avid reader of world events and history, and enjoys learning foreign languages, speaking 4 languages himself.
