What is HGACBuy?
HGACBuy is a nationwide, government procurement service striving to make the governmental procurement process more efficient. Units of local government, including non-profits providing governmental services, are eligible to become participating members of the HGACBuy Cooperative. All contracts available to participating members of HGACBuy have been awarded by virtue of a public competitive procurement process compliant with state statutes.
Who is eligible?
All units of local governments, state governments, state agencies and nonprofits providing governmental services are eligible for HGACBuy membership if their states have statutes in place allowing participation in other states’ co-ops.
What products and companies are available to purchase?
HGACBuy offers products that are utilized in Public Safety, Public Works, Emergency Services and Communications. Also, they are active throughout the United States and provide nearly 8,200 members with 41 major categories of products and services from more than 800 highly qualified contractors.
